Effie Engberg was born and raised in NY. She has been hands on in the talent industry since the age of 19. Her passions started with singing and songwriting. After recording her first Ep she was lucky to have one of her songs played on the radio and in the night clubs in Montreal Canada.
At the age of 21 she moved to Greece after landing a steady gig at a very well known venue performing her original music plus popular Greek hits 6 nights a week (Effie is fluent in Greek) also showcased and interviewed on tv talk shows singing live was great exposure and a surreal experience. They called her the Americana singer. After a year and missing the US she moved back to NY to pursue her music career but got married and busy with 2 children.
PASSION FOR MUSIC
During those past 7 years she has been supporting and managing her daughter Kayla Ember’s music career who is a successful striving artist in the Tampa Bay Area performing in well known venues and also appeared as a contestant on the The Four On Fox & American Idol.
Because of Effie’s love for the talent industry and a passion to help artists succeed she started a business called ME Talent consulting , Developing and managing artists. Shortly after she decided to became a licenced talent agent and started her own company called JME Talent LLC. Effie currently is Booking and managing talent in the Tampa Bay area in performance venues and has dabbled in film bookings as well. She truly loves and appreciates all the aspects of Art & Entertainment.

13 years ago Effie moved to Florida. She suddenly became a busy wife and mother of 2 girls in the entertainment industry when she saw the special talents in them. Managing Both daughters as competitive dancers, lifestyle models appearing in commercials and print catalogs and singing.
Through the years Effie also started lifestyle modeling and acting appearing in commercials, featured in some films and working as a steady live model for Home Shopping Network for 7 years.

With a part-time role as a software developer and a full-time career in data security sales, she combines technical skill with a keen eye for design. Gabriela also manages JME Talent’s social media presence on Instagram and Facebook, crafting visually engaging posts that capture the brand's essence.
In her spare time, Gabriela enjoys exploring various creative outlets such as website design, painting, drawing, and fashion. She’s also an active individual who loves exercising, playing sports, and continually learning new things. Gabriela loves working with Effie and being part of the JME Talent team, where she brings her passion and creativity to life.

Tania Navarro started pursuing vocal mastery at the tender age of 7 years old, focusing chiefly on musical theatre and pop genres, then shifting to classical and jazz training at age 14. Throughout her youth studies, Tania performed in various theater productions, competitions, and ensembles. Upon graduating high school, Tania was awarded 1st place as a Young Arts winner in Popular voice, with an honorable mention in Jazz voice for the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts. She was then accepted on scholarship into the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music for Studio Music and Jazz, but instead decided to pursue a professional career singing right out of high school and has been performing professionally ever since.
Over the past decade and a half, Tania has performed throughout the United States, primarily in Florida and New York. While living in New York City, she was hired by the largest entertainment company in the tri-state area, Hank Lane Entertainment. Most recently, Tania has been performing with her band Something Major and The Bay Kings Band in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of Florida. As a vocalist, Tania specializes in versatility and adaptability and is known for having a chameleon-like ability to sing in any genre requested. Not just possessing a powerful belt, she also displays her ability to show musical sensitivity with her expressive phrasing and contrasting dynamics. Because of her experience performing at hundreds of private events over the last 20 years, Tania is not only a seasoned professional, but also knowledgeable and easy to work with. Additionally, Tania works as a studio vocalist, vocal instructor, and church musician.
Beyond her versatility and talent, Tania has a real gift for working directly with clients, especially in the private event world. Her attention to detail and years of experience make her a real asset on the organizational side or event planning. She treats every client with a deep appreciation, attention, and responsiveness that is unparalleled.
When not performing, she enjoys being a wife to fellow musician and national touring bass player, Daniel Navarro, and mother to 3 young boys. She is so excited to officially be stepping into a role where she can use her finely honed skills to benefit not only musicians, but clients and venues as well.
